Reflection Day 8 Feb 16

Today I worked on my detailed sketch for the project and I did more research just to make sure im doing things correctly. I started on creating the website for the project, Also me and Jaquan started to contruct the protype for our project.

Reflection Day 7 Feb 14

Today me and Jaquan basically got our research stuff organized because we had completed work over the weekend. We then proceeded to print the research paper out.

Reflection Day 3 (Feb 2)

Today me and my partner worked on our research report. While working on this research report we learned a lot about our project. We learned that Pico Electronics a company founded in Scotland were the first to invent the smart house principles. We learned it was invented in the late 1970's and it was a big success. As time progressed there has been numerous major inovations to the original principles of their idea. Such as, people turning their houses to being completly electric, allowing them to set their climate control, run their bath water ahead of time, setting the time for things to cook, etc... The development of smart houses also have become important to improving the environment by conserving tons of energy. That is very important because of the increasing threat of global warming. It is also an intergal part of our struggling economy. It is affordable and will save people a lot of money of their light bill, gas bill, water bill, and as well as maintenence cost of your house.
